Sales and Refund Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases from ZOMM.com. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order from ZOMM.com constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Please note there may be limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products.

Return and Refund Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products and services you purchase from ZOMM.com. We understand, however, that sometimes a product or service may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product or canceling a service.

For eligible ZOMM® branded products purchased at ZOMM.com, you have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 1-888-821-0888 x4 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

The customer is responsible for shipping to ZOMM the packaged product within 14 days of RMA issuance.

ZOMM will assess a 10% restocking fee on all returned product.

ZOMM Terms and Conditions:

  • The customer bears the cost of sending the defective unit(s) to ZOMM plus any expedited fees.
  • The customer is responsible for lost or stolen RMA returns. Contact the carrier if your RMA return is lost or stolen.
  • International customers are not eligible for refunds or returns for purchases originating in the USA. All international sales originating in the USA are final.
  • International customers are responsible for customs charges, brokerage fees, taxes, duties, and any other fees.
  • ZOMM does not reimburse customers for shipping charges, customs charges, brokerage fees, taxes, duties, or any other fees.
  • ZOMM is not responsible for lost or damaged RMA returns.
  • ZOMM recommends that all returns are tracked and insured by the customer.
  • ZOMM ships via UPS Basic for all RMA returns.
  • ZOMM is not responsible for return freight charges resulting from invalid or expired RMA shipments.
  • ZOMM processes all replacements upon product availability.

Personal Concierge Service

ZOMM provides both Information Assistance and Transaction Assistance, which are collectively the “ZOMM Services”. ZOMM Information Assistance involves the search, retrieval and provision of public information to you.  Because ZOMM relies on information that is publicly available and provided by third parties we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information. ZOMM Transaction Assistance involves the interaction of ZOMM’s third party service providers with a third party on your behalf. Due to the wide range of Transaction Assistance that may be provided, we cannot verify the authenticity, legitimacy or quality of any third party with whom we may interact on your behalf.

Payment Terms. ZOMM Services are provided on a yearly subscription basis. The cost of a particular subscription is provided at the time you activate your account. The membership fee is calculated from the day upon which your paid membership commences, subject to any trial offers we provided you at the time you sign-up. You agree that if you apply for a free trial period ("Trial Plan") and do not cancel such Trial Plan, you authorize ZOMM to convert the Trial Plan into a regular paid plan for the term selected. You hereby authorize ZOMM to charge your credit card or debit card, in advance, for the amount of your regular plan fee to be charged on a monthly basis or annual basis, whichever plan you select. Upon expiration of your plan, you will be charged on the first day following the expiration of your current plan unless you cancel your subscription prior to such date. The subscription fee, when paid, is non-refundable (except as expressly provided herein) and accrues on the first day of each term or successive renewal term until canceled, regardless of whether or not you actually use the ZOMM Services. Notwithstanding the language in this paragraph, if a subscription resulted from a special introductory promotional offer, then the terms of that specific promotional offer shall control. All fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars. You are also responsible for paying all applicable taxes and any other costs incurred in connection with the use of or access to the ZOMM Services. Various services, whether offered by ZOMM, third-party service providers or others, may require additional fees or charges.

Current Card Information. ZOMM will only accept payment by credit or debit card. You are required to pay all charges on time, and agree, when requested, to submit appropriate payment authorization in connection with charges for your account or subscription. Credit card transactions require an acceptable and currently working/continuously valid credit card number/account. ZOMM may terminate or disable your access to ZOMM Services if you fail to fully pay all amounts due in a timely manner. If your credit card expires or is otherwise declined for payment, access to the ZOMM Services may be modified, suspended or cancelled, in ZOMM's sole discretion and without notice to you. You shall pay all costs incurred by ZOMM with respect to collection of any past due amount, including legal fees. Each time you access or use the ZOMM Services, you re-affirm that ZOMM is authorized to obtain payment through a selected payment method.

Cancellation by Customer. You may request termination of your ZOMM Services at any time by submitting your request to ZOMM. Any such termination shall be effective at the end of your current contract period. There shall be no refund issued for amounts already paid to ZOMM for the current period. Should you wish to terminate your ZOMM Services prior to the end of your contract, you will subject to an early termination fee of 60% of the remaining balance due of the contract term.

Replacement Guarantee Policy

The purchase of a Replacement Guarantee entitles the original purchaser (customer) to replace up to 2 (two) damaged ZOMM™ Wireless Leash or Wireless Leash Plus devices within a 2 (two)-year period from the original date of the device purchase.

The Replacement Guarantee does NOT cover lost or stolen devices or devices lost due to the failure of any ZOMM accessories used with the device.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning a defective or damaged device to ZOMM.

To initiate an exchange using the ZOMM Replacement Guarantee, call 1-888-821-0888 or submit a ticket at support.zomm.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and return instructions.

An RMA number is required so we can track your exchange properly. We cannot exchange units sent to us without RMA numbers.

The customer is responsible for shipping items to ZOMM within 14 days of RMA issuance. Replacement Guarantee exchanges for devices bought from a reseller must include the original purchase receipt that clearly shows the date of purchase for the device.

A ZOMM Customer Support representative will contact you to gather payment information for the shipping and handling charges associated with the new replacement unit. The shipping and handling costs are quoted at market shipping rates and are non-negotiable. Method of payment for shipping and handling charges include VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.

Refusal to pay the shipping and handling charges will result in a cancellation of the Replacement Guarantee agreement until all outstanding payments have been received. Once payment for the shipping and handling charges is received, ZOMM will release shipment of a new replacement unit to the customer.

ZOMM Replacement Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

  • The Customer bears the cost of sending the defective unit(s) to ZOMM.
  • The Customer is responsible for all customs charges, brokerage fees, taxes, duties, and any other fees associated with new replacement unit shipments.
  • ZOMM is not responsible for lost or damaged replacement shipments from the customer or to the customer. Claims are to be submitted to the carrier.
  • ZOMM recommends that all Replacement Guarantee devices are tracked and insured as part of the shipment.
  • ZOMM currently ships via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for all Replacement Guarantee devices.
  • ZOMM cannot ship to P.O Box addresses for Replacement Guarantee devices. Please provide ZOMM with a physical address.
  • ZOMM processes all Replacement Guarantee devices upon product availability.
  • Devices received by ZOMM for which the Replacement Guarantee procedure was not followed WILL NOT be processed and will be returned to the Customer when applicable.

Method of payment for shipping and handling charges includes VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.

Payment Methods

ZOMM allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read our policies carefully with respect to payment methods before you place your order.

Credit, Debit, and Check Cards

You may pay by credit, debit, or check card. When you provide ZOMM with your card information, ZOMM will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. For pre-orders, ZOMM will bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or check card immediately for the indicated amount.

The ZOMM Online Store accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit, debit, or check cards associated with a billing address within the United States and most United States territories.

Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

The ZOMM Store requires the credit, debit, or check card security code for the card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).

Z-Pay Installment Billing

By choosing two (2) easy payments, you can spread out your purchase over two payments at no extra charge when you order using a major credit card. Your total purchase price, Shipping & Handling, and any applicable sales tax will be divided into two installments. By choosing to pay in two (2) installments, you hereby authorize ZOMM to charge the initial installment and the second installment thirty (30) days later to your credit card. Should your initial charge be declined, you will not be eligible for this payment method. If your second charge is declined, a fee of $15 will be assessed to your account.

Shipping Options

ZOMM offers one low-cost convenient shipping method for US purchases, and another for all international purchases:

  • United States Standard Shipping: Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within six business days after shipment via UPS. All shipments are tracked via the UPS website (www.ups.com).
  • International Shipping: Products shipped outside the United States are shipped using UPS. All international shipments are tracked and insured and are typically delivered within 10 business days but may be subject to customs delays.

Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves ZOMM's facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond ZOMM’s control once your order leaves ZOMM’s facilities, ZOMM cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to ZOMM as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to ZOMM, please contact ZOMM to make arrangements for reshipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of ZOMM’s carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to ZOMM.

Defective Items

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any ZOMM® branded product, please contact ZOMM at 1-888-821-0888 immediately. If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • ZOMM is not responsible for typographical errors. ZOMM reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the ZOMM Store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
  • ZOMM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the ZOMM Store at any time.
  • ZOMM may make changes to any products or services offered at the ZOMM Store, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at the ZOMM Store with respect to products and services may be out of date, and ZOMM makes no commitment to update the information provided at the ZOMM Store with respect to such products and services.
  • ZOMM reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the ZOMM Store, or to any portion of the ZOMM Store, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the ZOMM Store, or any portion of the ZOMM Store, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the ZOMM Store, or any portion of the ZOMM Store, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
  • To the extent permitted by law, all sales at the ZOMM Store are governed by Oklahoma law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
  • No ZOMM employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the ZOMM Store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
  • If any of the aforementioned policies are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such policy shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the policy, so that the policies shall remain in full force and effect.
  • ZOMM’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by ZOMM of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between ZOMM and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these policies.
  • These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
  • The ZOMM Store provides access to ZOMM international data and, therefore, may contain references or cross references to ZOMM® branded products, programs and services that are not announced in your country. Such reference does not imply that ZOMM in your country intends to announce such products, programs or services.
